Membership is open to all sailors (Officers and Enlisted) who served aboard the U.S.S OUELLET at any time from commissioning on 12 December 1970 until decommissioning on 6 August 1993. |

| Honorary members include immediate family members/relatives of David Ouellet. | |

No fee is required for membership Donations may be requested to cover the expenses of newsletter and other administration costs. Voluntary donations can be sent to the Association Treasurer at any time. |
